Synopsis

Edit

Ideagen, a provider of compliance-based information management software, agreed to acquire Damstra, a SaaS provider of end-to-end safety solutions for workforce management, including contractors, for AUD81m. "Damstra has built a strong position in enterprise protection software. The Enterprise Protection Platform (EPP) integrates an extensive range of modules and products that allows organisations to mitigate and reduce unforeseen and unnecessary business risks around people, workplaces, assets, and information. Our business model is proven in Australia and New Zealand and our ambition is to continue to grow rapidly in North America," Christian Damstra, Damstra CEO. The initial offer from Miratech was rejected by Damstra.
