Alpha Dhabi Holding completed the acquisition of 51% stake in NTS Amega Global from ADQ Management Holding. Financial terms were not disclosed. UAE-based NTS Group offers manufacturing, repair and rental services in the oil and gas sector globally, including in Saudi Arabia, Houston-Texas, Canada, Guyana, Norway, Singapore, Midland and Lafayette.
