Foreman Capital, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Xomnia, an AI consultancy firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We look forward to continue building Xomnia together with Foreman, and jointly shaping our international growth strategy. With Foreman, we get a shareholder that provides the necessary capital for buy-and-build, alongside the know-how to enable further growth and professionalization,” Jordi Hompes, Xomnia CEO.
