Elvaston-backed proLogistik Group, a software company in Dortmund, Germany, completed the acquisition of DSIA, French supply chain provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition marks a significant step for the proLogistik Group towards internationalisation, which is now also represented in France with locations in the DACH region, USA, Canada, Mexico and serves more than 2k customers.
