Next 15 Group, a United Kingdom-based growth consultancy company, completed the acquisition of Williams Commerce, a global eCommerce and marketplace agency, and Cloudfy, a SaaS B2B ecommerce platform providing seamless integration and specialised B2B capabilities for large global organisations. Financial terms were not disclosed.
