Grupo Bimbo to acquire Mile Hi Bakery for $82m.

Grupo Bimbo, a multinational food company, agreed to acquire Mile Hi Bakery, a supplier of buns and English muffins for the quick-service restaurant channel, for $82m. “This strategic acquisition strengthens our geographic presence in this high-growth industry and open doors to new QSR customers in the US,” Rafael Pamias, Grupo Bimbo COO.
