Teak Capital and Tangor Capital completed the acquisition of Vetrerie Riunite Group.

Teak Capital, the family office of the Moreira da Silva family, and Tangor Capital, a family office of the Silva Domingues family, completed the acquisition of Vetrerie Riunite Group, an Italian industrial reality operating in three sectors: home appliance, ceramics and automotive. Financial terms were not disclosed.
