Deutsche Beteiligungs, a publicly-traded holding company based in Frankfurt, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in ProMik, a global provider of programming and testing solutions for series production in the electronics industry. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are looking forward to joining forces with DBAG, and there is excitement at the prospect of growing our portfolio together. We have invested three decades into ProMik.
