Madison Dearborn Partners completed the acquisition of Shaw Development from Monomoy Capital Partners.

Madison Dearborn Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Shaw Development, a designer, manufacturer and assembler of sensors, fluid management systems and related components primarily for DEF applications, from Monomoy Capital Partners, a private investment firm.
