LI-COR Environmental completed the acquisition of Apollo SciTech.

LI-COR Environmental, a greenhouse gas measurement technology company, completed the acquisition of Apollo SciTech, a manufacturer of instrumentation for aquatic carbon dioxide parameter analysis. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Oceans are a vital buffer against climate change, absorbing both heat and CO2. We have limited data on how CO2 moves between air and sea, and within the oceans. It's critical that scientists have the right instrumentation to measure, understand, and help the world take action to mitigate climate change," Kristin Feese, LI-COR Vice President and General Manager.
