Accenture, a multinational professional services company, completed the acquisition of ConcentricLife, a health marketing agency that specializes in rare diseases, healthcare, and wellness, from Stagwell, a digital-first, full-service marketing and communications group, for $245m. "The sale price sees Stagwell realize an impressive return on our initial investment in the business, providing us with capital to invest and grow while also improving the balance sheet.
