Ergon Midstream Holdings, a provider of integrated energy infrastructure services, agreed to acquire EnLink Appalachian Compression, EnLink Appalachia, Ohio River Valley Pipeline and OOGC Disposal Company I from EnLink Midstream, an integrated midstream company with a diverse geographic footprint and a strong financial foundation, for $59.5m.
