VTC completed the acquisition of First Truck Centre.

Velocity Truck Centers, a company that focused on supplying and servicing commercial vehicles, completed the acquisition of First Truck Centre, a dealer and servicer of heavy-duty trucks and commercial vehicles. Financial terms were not disclosed.
