Ithaca Energy completed the acquisition of Fotla Discovery from Spirit Energy.

Ithaca Energy, a UK independent exploration and production company focused on the UK North Sea with a strong track record of material value creation, completed the acquisition of Fotla Discovery, an offshore oil field, from Spirit Energy, an energy company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are delighted to announce the completion of this acquisition, which provides Ithaca Energy with full control over the pre-final investment decision work program and timing of project sanction.
