Kverneland Bil completed the acquisition of Laastad & Co.

Kverneland Bil, an operator of independent car dealers, completed the acquisition of Laastad & Co, a car dealer. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The acquisition will strengthen Kverneland Bil as a significant player in the car industry and fits well into the company's growth strategy. With Haugesund and Sunnhordland in addition to our branches in Stavanger/Sandnes, Bryne, and Kvinesdal, as well as Volvo Car Stor-Oslo, we are a significant player and achieve good economies of scale," Ådne Kverneland, Kverneland Bil Chairman.
