Devolver Digital, an American video game publisher based in Austin, Texas, specializing in the publishing of indie games, completed the acquisition of System Era Softworks, a small development studio led by veteran game developers, for $40m. Their know-how in Expandable Games development opens up a new player-base and revenue stream for Devolver.
