Vargronn, a joint venture between Plenitude (Eni) and HitecVision, and Flotation Energy, an offshore wind power provider, agreed to acquire Cenos, a wind farm, from INTOG, a leasing round for offshore wind projects that will directly reduce emissions from oil & gas production. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Our pioneering projects play a key role in the energy transition.
