Announced

Vargronn and Flotation Energy to acquire Cenos from INTOG.

Synopsis

Vargronn, a joint venture between Plenitude (Eni) and HitecVision, and Flotation Energy, an offshore wind power provider, agreed to acquire Cenos, a wind farm, from INTOG, a leasing round for offshore wind projects that will directly reduce emissions from oil & gas production. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Our pioneering projects play a key role in the energy transition. They have a direct impact by delivering renewable energy, but crucially Green Volt and Cenos are also advancing the offshore wind industry by scaling floating wind technology far beyond the size of current projects," Olav Hetland, Vårgrønn CEO.
