Assystem-backed STUP Consultants completed the acquisition of L&T Infrastructure Engineering from Larsen and Toubro.

Assystem-backed STUP Consultants, a full-service project delivery consultancy company, completed the acquisition of L&T Infrastructure Engineering, an independent engineering consulting firm, from Larsen and Toubro, an Indian multinational conglomerate. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are delighted to complete the acquisition of L&T IEL and today is a milestone moment for Assystem in India. This acquisition is about building the India of tomorrow and Assystem is acting today, through this acquisition to be ready to support the successful delivery of India’s national infrastructure programme," Ashish Tandon, Assystem Managing Director.
