Brenntag, a global company in chemical distribution, covers with its extensive product and service portfolio all major markets, completed the acquisition of specialty chemicals and logistics business from Old World Industries, an American automotive and chemical company best known for their PEAK brand of motor oil, antifreeze and other automotive products.
