Palladium Equity Partners completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Source Logistics.

Palladium Equity Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Source Logistics, a provider of value-added warehousing, distribution and fulfillment third-party logistics services to the consumer goods sector. Financial terms were not disclosed.
