Main Capital Partners, a software investor, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in LuxSci, a provider of healthcare-focused secure communications and secure hosting solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Having led LuxSci through 23 profitable bootstrapped years, I am extremely excited to partner with Main.
