China Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund, a China Government Guidance Fund, led a $5.4bn funding round in Changxin Xinqiao Memory Technologies, an integrated design and manufacturing company specializing in dynamic random-access memory semiconductor products. Changxin Xinqiao was created in 2021 in Hefei, Anhui province’s easternmost city, according to company registration website Qichacha.
