Lazer Logistics completed the acquisition of spotting operations from Hirschbach Motor Lines.

Lazer Logistics, a provider of outsourced, end-to-end yard management services in North America, completed the acquisition of spotting operations from Hirschbach Motor Lines, a transportation carrier specializing in refrigerated-truckload services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Four years ago, I stated that one of our top priorities was to supplement our strong organic growth with acquisitions of respected and like-minded operators, like Hirschbach.
