Arcline Investment Management-backed Signia Aerospace, an integrated provider of high-performance systems and specialized components for the aerospace industry, completed the acquisition of Meeker Aviation, an a international supplier of aircraft external payload mounts for Electro-Optical and Infrared sensors, Light Detection and Ranging laser scanners, searchlights, camera systems, and speaker systems, and Airfilm Camera Systems, a company that specialises in aerial filming. Financial terms were not disclosed.
