Madison Energy completed the acquisition of Pro-Tech Energy Solutions.

Madison Energy, a developer, owner, and operator of distributed solar and energy storage projects, completed the acquisition of Pro-Tech Energy Solutions, a self-funded, turnkey energy services company offering a wide range of energy solutions and services for residential and commercial properties. Financial terms were not disclosed. “After fifteen years as an independent company, we are excited to have found such a complementary partner as MEI.
