DaySmart, a provider of vertically-focused business management software, completed the acquisition of Sawyer, a provider of business management software for the children’s activities end market. Financial terms were not disclosed. "With the addition of Sawyer, DaySmart offers the broadest range of recreation-focused business software and services in the market,” Pat Shanahan, DaySmart CEO.
