Denholm Industrial Services completed the acquisition of a 60% stake in Universal Coatings & Services form Wilton Engineering.

Denholm Industrial Services, a provider of scaffolding and access, surface preparation, and protective coatings, completed the acquisition of a 60% stake in Universal Coatings & Services, a specialist in surface preparation & protective coatings, from Wilton Engineering, a specialist in complex fabrication and multi-discipline solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Following two years as supply chain partners, it is the natural next step for Denholm Industrial Services to become a co-owner of Universal Coatings.
