BW Water, a supplier of water and wastewater systems, completed the acquisition of H+E Pharma, a company that provides technologies for the production as well as storage and distribution of pure water system solutions for pharmaceutical customers, and S-Tec, a plant manufacturer. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Dresden is an important centre for investment in Europe’s semiconductor industry. S-Tec has built a sterling reputation in this industry with almost 20 years of experience, with a good track record in engineering, pre-assembly, assembly, and onsite services. With this acquisition, BW Water will expand beyond offering onsite services, into offering a full range of services as a full-service provider, especially for demanding sectors such as the semiconductor industry,” Thomas Will, BW Water Managing Director and COO.
