Kilsaran Concrete, a family owned and run business, has been synonymous with innovative concrete and asphalt products, agreed to merge with Kilmurray Precast Concrete, a company that the greater Midlands region with sand, gravel and ready mix concrete. Financial terms were not disclosed.
