Falfurrias Capital Partners completed the acquisition of Synergy.

Falfurrias Capital Partners, a private equity investment firm that invests in middle-market businesses, completed the acquisition of Synergy, a provider of software engineering, cybersecurity and systems engineering services for the US Intelligence Community and Defense Department. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Our partnership with Falfurrias will strengthen our ability to deliver vital, mission-critical services to our Intelligence Community customers.
