Gallagher, a US-based global insurance brokerage and risk management services firm, completed the acquisition of The Evans Agency, a commercial property and casualty insurance broker, from Evans Bancorp, a financial holding company, for $40m. “Evans Agency associates will be joining a global insurance brokerage, risk management, and consulting services firm with an unrivaled tool kit to respond to client needs.
