Bregal Unternehmerkapital, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Billbee, a provider of multichannel e-commerce software. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Billbee was originally an idea to help make the processes in a small online business easier. Today, we're proud to make everyday work easier for thousands of e-commerce businesses.
