Focuslight Technologies completed the acquisition of SUSS MicroOptics from SUSS MicroTec.

Focuslight Technologies, a manufacturer and developer of high power diode lasers and laser optics, completed the acquisition of SUSS MicroOptics, a provider of micro-optical elements for lithography equipment, from SUSS MicroTec, a supplier of equipment and process solutions for microstructuring in the semiconductor industry.
