I Squared Capital-backed Cube Cold Europe, a cold storage platform, completed the acquisition of Frigocaserta, a cold logistics company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "With this latest acquisition, Cube Cold Europe has further consolidated its portfolio, which includes approximately 270k pallets in strategic assets located in the Benelux, Netherlands, UK and Italy.
