Searchlight Capital Partners completed the $150m investment in KORE Group Holdings.

Searchlight Capital Partners, a private equity firm, completed the $150m investment in KORE Group Holdings, the global pure-play Internet of Things hyperscaler and provider of IoT connectivity, solutions and analytics. “Searchlight has been looking for the right opportunity to invest in the IoT market, a high-growth segment of communications with increasing strategic importance as 5G networks become more prevalent globally.
