Holcim completed the acquisition of Mercer Sand Quarry.

Holcim, a company produces and markets ready-mixed concrete, cement, clinker, and ad-mixtures, completed the acquisition of Mercer Sand Quarry, a farming company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are thrilled to welcome Mercer Sand Limited into Holcim and bring our quality services and products to the Auckland and Waikato regions, creating new opportunities for our customers,” Kevin Larcombe, Holcim Executive General Manager.
