Sibanye-Stillwater to acquire Reldan Group for $212m.

Sibanye-Stillwater, a a multinational mining and metals processing group, agreed to acquire Reldan Group, a metals recycler, for $212m. “This strategic move not only aligns with our sustainability goals but also solidifies our position as a leader in the recycling of green metals.
