Guilbault to acquire Transport Inter-Nord.

Guilbault, a provider of freight transportation, logistics and warehousing, agreed to acquire Transport Inter-Nord, a freight transportation company. Financial terms were not disclosed. Mr. Eric Gignac, president of Groupe Guilbault, is very proud of this strategic alliance that will allow his company to consolidate its position as a leader in LTL freight transportation in Quebec. Moreover, Transport Inter-Nord and Transport Guilbault are two family businesses run by descendants of their third generation, they share the same values and the same customer service objectives.
