Galliard Homes, a property developer, and City Developments, a Singaporean multinational real estate operating organisation, completed the acquisition of 13.8-acre Morden Wharf site from LandsecU+I, a specialist mixed-use regeneration developer, and Morden College charity, a residential care charity, for £45m.
