Sosteneo Infrastructure Partners to acquire Pacific Green.

Sosteneo Infrastructure Partners, an Asset Management Company that specializes in greenfield infrastructure investments that produce clean energy or enable clean energy use, agreed to acquire Pacific Green, a developer of a grid-scale battery energy storage project. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Battery energy storage capacity is essential for the transition to a clean energy future.
