Sarrai Group to acquire Hima Cement from Holcim for $120m.

Sarrai Group, a privately owned conglomerate in East Africa and Southern Africa, agreed to acquire Hima Cement, a cement manufacturer, from Holcim, a building materials manufacturer for $120m. “These divestments advance our strategy to consolidate our leadership in core markets as the global leader in innovative and sustainable building solutions.
