Frasers Group completed the acquisition of the Junction 32 Shopping Outlet in Castleford from Landsec.

Frasers Group, a British retail, sport and intellectual property group, completed the acquisition of the Junction 32 Shopping Outlet in Castleford from Landsec, a commercial property development and investment company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The acquisition of the Junction 32 Outlet further demonstrates our commitment to the long-term future of physical retail, and we look forward to unlocking the site’s full potential as we roll out the elevation strategy.
