OceanSound Partners-backed SMX, a next-generation mission support, digital transformation and IT solutions company, completed the acquisition of Outside Analytics, a software engineering and data analytics partner within the National Security Space community. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Participating in the space market with the right partner has been an SMX priority for the past few years.
