Inala Capital completed the acquisition of 72.7% stake in Alliance Foods from Greystone Partners.

Inala Capital, an Eswatini-based investment holding firm, completed the acquisition of a 72.7% stake in Alliance Foods, a supplier of quality and innovative ingredients to the food service industry, from Greystone Partners, a staffing and recruitment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
