Vitol-backed Petrol Ofisi to acquire BP Petrolleri from BP.

Vitol-backed Petrol Ofisi, an oil refining company, agreed to acquire BP Petrolleri, a provider of hydrocarbon products and services, from BP, an oil and gas company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are delighted to be working towards building a stronger national champion for Türkiye’s energy sector.
