Performance Trust Capital Partners, a company that buys and sells securities, other investment products, and manages investment portfolios and financial planning services, agreed to acquire Monroe Financial Partners, a national market-making platform supporting community banks, depository investors, and other financial services companies. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Given the challenging operating environment for banks, we expect there will be opportunity for growth and market share gains for those who are prepared.
