Professional Fighters League, a mixed martial arts league, completed the acquisition of Bellator, a mixed martial arts promotion, from Paramount Global, a multinational mass media and entertainment conglomerate. Financial terms were not disclosed. "PFL is now a global powerhouse in MMA.
