Primaris REIT, Canada's only enclosed shopping centre focused REIT, agreed to acquire Halifax Shopping Centre, a regional enclosed shopping centre in the high growth market of Halifax, Nova Scotia, and the Annex, an open air centre located immediately adjacent to Halifax Shopping Centre, for $370m.
