GPEF IV completed the acquisition of STT Servis.

GPEF IV, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of STT Servis, a metal working shop. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The acquisition of the majority stake seals our joint efforts with the founders, the Ticháček family, to strengthen STT Servis and develop the company dynamically.
