Yotta Capital Partners, a private equity firm focusing its investments in technological manufacturing companies, Sofiouest, a private equity firm, and BNP Paribas Developpement, an investment company, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in BH Technologies group, s a French company that specialises in innovative solutions and connected applications for the public lighting management and waste collection markets. Financial terms were not disclosed.
